Hoya pubicalyx has thick, pointed ovate/lanceolate leaves, splashed with grey/pink. Given plenty of light the leaves of this hoya turn a vibrant deep purple. The flowers on this Hoya are real showstoppers, clusters of tiny star shaped pink, red and almost black flowers with a bright red centre form round umbels all over the plant from Spring to Autumn.

Watering: Don't over water, they like to dry out between waterings.
Maintenance: Train on a trellis to keep from growing unruly. Prune back to promote new growth and keep compact and bushy. Don't remove old flower spikes as they will re-bloom.
