Grey tinged rosettes that colour up to a gorgeous hue of purple when sun stressed. The leaves are covered in pruinose which acts as a natural sunscreen from harsh UV rays. Endemic to Mexico, this plant likes a lot of sun and they like it hot. They are tolerant of lower temps however can't tolerate frost. Succulent have cells that hold water and if they freeze it results in cell death.

Watering: Don't over water, they like to have dry spells between waterings.
Humidity: Low (0-30%)
Maintenance: Low maintenance, however because of the shape of the leaves water can get caught and cause fungal issues. These plants can also be targeted by mealy bug so beneficial predatory insects should be used as a preventative. Removing dead leaves will also keep pests at bay.
