Oxalis polyphylla var. heptaphylla - Wood SorrelRegular price $25.00
Current Pot Size: 80mm
Dormancy: This Oxalis is a winter grower. It will go dormant and die back in mid to late Spring. Keep pots/bulbs dry until late January when you can resume watering.
Light: full sun to bright indirect light, categories 1-3. Lower the light levels may cause the plant to stretch and become "leggy" (please see our blog on plant light requirements)
Soil: Well draining, moisture retaining. Indoor Mix (please see our blog on soil requirements)
Fertiliser: As directed on your fertiliser of choice. Fortnightly or monthly during the growing season (please see our blog on plant food)
Watering: Don't over water, they like to dry out between waterings when grown in lower light. In full sun, water regularly.
Humidity: Low (0-30%)
Maintenance: Low maintenance, these plant seem to be resistant to a lot of diseases, but sometimes can be prone to aphids seasonally but they don't seem to affect the plant too much. If the plant shows signs of declining indoors then it may be getting overwatered or not receiving enough light.
