Ferocactus wislizeni - Barrel Cactus
Regular price $20.00Ferocactus wislizeni is a slow but large growing barrel shaped cactus that can reach up to 3 metres tall when fully mature (50-100 years). Large flowers in vibrant shades of yellow, orange and red appear in late summer and form a beautiful crown around the head of the plant. Hard orange, red or brown spikes and softer creamy white spikes cover the body of this tough green cactus.

Watering: Don't over water, being a succulent these like dry spells between watering
Maintenance: Low

Please note that we use 'Bugs for Bugs' regularly as a preventative control measure for pests. These predatory bugs are administered in vermiculite. This vermiculite is sprinkles onto the leaves and sometimes remains.
