Pilea Spruceana 'Silver Tree'
Regular price $20.00Some plants are breathtaking, and this is one of those plants, its leaves look as though they have been hand painted with reflective silver paint. Pilea spruceana 'Silver Tree' has juicy red stems and wine red undersides to the leaves. While they are fairly low maintenance and they never lose their silver sparkle their foliage is very delicate and they are relatively slow growing so they prefer sheltered shade gardens or indoors.

Watering: Don't over water, they like to dry out between waterings.
Maintenance: Trim back to make the plant even bushier.
Transport Risk: High - these plants do not like to travel. They often go limp due to the lack of light and are susceptible to damage in transit as a result. If this happens, trim them back and they will be good as new in no time.

Please note that we use 'Bugs for Bugs' regularly as a preventative control measure for pests. These predatory bugs are administered in vermiculite. This vermiculite is sprinkles onto the leaves and sometimes remains.
