Epiphyllum guatemalense monstrosa 'Curly Sue' - Cactus Orchid
Regular price $32.00Curly Sue is a pure pot of joy! An epiphyte that has adapted to obtain the most light and moisture it can, the fleshy green stems of this plant twist and curl to give it the best advantage to survive. In the home however, Curly Sue appears to have gorgeous thick green locks that tend to maintain themselves. A well draining soil mix, a bright but indirect light and a soak when the soil dries out will keep this plant very happy. Epiphyllums are in the night flowering cacti family and will produce dramatic flowers on long stems that only open at night and if self pollinated will produce delicious fruit that looks and tastes just like a miniature dragon fruit!

We are now adding in 'Transport risk' in the product description as some plants are more delicate than others and/or find transport stressful. We will rate in terms of Low, Medium or High risk and discuss specifically to the plant in question. If this information is not provided yet please feel free to reach out via email to ask. Please also note that if plants are sent with new leaves that haven't had the chance to harden off they are susceptible to physical damage in transit as the slightest touch can cause it.
Please note that we use 'Bugs for Bugs' regularly as a preventative control measure for pests. These predatory bugs are administered in vermiculite. This vermiculite is sprinkles onto the leaves and sometimes remains.
