This Colocasia was bred by Brian Williams (Brian's Botanicals) A single mutation sport was taken from a Colocasia 'Dark Star', a plant originally collected by Hayes Jackson. The sport had a dark 'V' vein down the centre of the leaf. It was bred to enhance this feature. Colocasia 'COPHAMA' (PBR) Pharaohs MaskTM has gorgeous green leaves with a dark purple stem that continues up to give the leaf a dark purple ribcage venation.

Watering: This plant loves to be grown as a pond plant or with constant access to water. We recommend growing it in MAB Grow and sitting in a dish of water or using our Dr Greenthumbs passive hydro pots. Another alternative is grown like a bog plant (w/ our carnivorous mix), always keep the substrate moist unless dormant when it can dry out more.
Maintenance: They like humidity and to never dry out completely otherwise the leaves will become crispy.
