Stunning blue-green/silver heart shaped succulent leaves with purple undersides that delicately hang from a thin flexible stem from bulbs that grow beneath the soil. A beautiful low maintenance plant, the bulbs under the soil store water and mature leaves can be quite thick and succulent, showing this plant can tolerate periods of dryness and doesn't like to be over watered. Allow stems to grow long like a waterfall of hearts or trim back vines to encourage a fuller plant.
